Notre axe de recherche vise à comprendre la fonction de centrosome — organite minuscule responsable d’organiser des microtubules — dans la division cellulaire et l’assemblage ciliaire. Notre objectif est d’identifier les réseaux protéomiques critiques aux fonctions de centrosome et d’étudier comment ces réseaux peuvent aller de travers, ce qui provoque le cancer, la microcéphalie, et les troubles liés aux cils comme la cécité et les maladies rénales.

Research description
Our research focuses on understanding the role of centrosomes, tiny organelles responsible for organizing microtubules, in cell division and cilia assembly. We aim to identify protein networks critical to centrosome function and study how these networks can go awry, causing cancer, microcephaly and cilia-related disorders such as blindness and kidney disease.
