Pour \u00e9tudier les changements m\u00e9taboliques dans ces leuc\u00e9mies et l&#8217;interaction des voies m\u00e9taboliques avec l&#8217;\u00e9pig\u00e9nome et les voies de signalisation cellulaire, nous utilisons des techniques de biologie mol\u00e9culaire et cellulaire, y compris la cytom\u00e9trie de flux, la culture cellulaire de lign\u00e9es leuc\u00e9miques et de cellules primaires de patients, l&#8217;analyse des prot\u00e9ines, les cribles CRISPR, les \u00e9tudes pharmacodynamiques <em>in vitro <\/em>et <em>in vivo<\/em>, RNAseq, ATACseq et ChIPseq. Notre objectif est de caract\u00e9riser les changements m\u00e9taboliques qui se produisent au cours du d\u00e9veloppement de la LLA-T, afin de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles th\u00e9rapies et de nouveaux traitements pour les patients atteints de cette maladie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one-half  \">\n<h2>Research axis<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Immunology and hematopoiesis<\/li>\n<li>Cancer research<\/li>\n<li>Therapeutic approaches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Research description<\/h2>\n<p>Our research focuses on studying the metabolism of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). To study the metabolic changes in these leukemias, and the interaction of metabolic pathways with the epigenome and cellular signaling pathways, we use a wide array of molecular and cellular biology techniques including flow cytometry, cell culture of leukemic lines and primary patient cells, protein analysis, CRISPR screens, <em>in vitro<\/em> and <em>in vivo<\/em> pharmacodynamic studies, RNAseq, ATACseq and ChIPseq.
